Privacy request
Use this form to ask for access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you.
We do not hold your photos. Conversion happens inside your browser and image data is never uploaded, so there is nothing for us to return or delete on that front. Requests here cover account data such as your email address, subscription records and support correspondence.
What happens next
We verify that the request comes from the account holder before acting on it, and aim to respond within 30 days. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription; billing and tax records are retained where the law requires it.
