1. Why this page exists

HEIC Convert Free does not host, store, publish or transmit user images. Conversion happens entirely inside your browser, so there is no uploaded copy of any file for us to remove. This policy therefore covers two narrow cases: content published by us on this website, and accounts used in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Sending a notice

If you believe material published on heicconvertfree.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to info@heicconvertfree.com containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The URL or precise location of the material you want removed.
• Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

3. How we respond

We review complete notices promptly and remove or disable access to material that appears infringing. Where an account is implicated, we notify the account holder with a copy of the notice, unless prohibited by law.

4. Counter-notice

If your material was removed in error or misidentification, send a counter-notice to info@heicconvertfree.com including your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, your contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We may restore the material after the statutory waiting period unless the complainant files a court action.

5. Repeat infringers and misuse

We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Knowingly submitting a materially false notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees.
