How batching works
Free converts 5 files per batch. Pro raises that to 250 files and 75 MB per file, and adds folder selection so an entire album directory can be converted with its structure preserved inside the ZIP.
Images are decoded a few at a time rather than all at once. On a phone the converter uses one or two parallel decoders; on a desktop it uses up to four. This keeps memory use predictable on large batches.
Duplicate filenames
If two source photos would produce the same output name, the converter appends a counter — IMG_1234.jpg, IMG_1234 (1).jpg — so no generated file is ever silently overwritten.
ZIP downloads stay local
The ZIP archive is assembled in your browser with a bundled compression library. It is never built on a server, which means the archive contents are never transmitted anywhere.
